Our apartments are a modern version of the ancient Apulian trulli. All apartments are located near the swimming pool area, a few meters far from the snack bar, the Masseria and the hotel.
The ten apartments are grouped into three agglomerations of three apartments each. Each group then shares a common area called the courtyard.
Every apartment is composed of several detached air-conditioned spaces:

Each apartment has 60 sqm of space available, with two bedrooms.The first one has alway a double bed,the second bedroom is available either with bunk beds (two single beds on top of each other) or with a French bed (mattress width 140 x 190 cm).
Both types can comfortably accommodate both adults and children because are made by quality wood.
No, we do not have a restaurant inside the resort, but we have a snack bar which remains open from 11 a.m to 8 p.m. Most of the products served are produced by us. We have many restaurants nearby our hotel, with classic seafood cuisine. We are situated between Alezio and Tuglie, but you will need a car to reach one of the two villages
Each apartment comes equipped with towels and bed linen. In the apartment you will find a bathroom set that includes a large towel, a medium for the face and one small, for each person.
The price also includes the bed linen with cotton sheets and bedspreads. Keep in mind and let us know how many people are you coming to us, during your booking.
The rearrangement, cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and linen change take place every 3 or 4 days, for stays longer than 4 nights.
However, it is possible to request a daily cleaning service (without a kitchenette) for a supplement of €30.00.

Our breakfast is one of our best services. We try to serve breakfast made of natural ingredients, from our farm, every day, including fresh milk from our cows and fresh eggs from our hens.
It is possible to include breakfast for your stay at an additional cost of € 10.00 / adult and € 5.00 / child. You can request it in our additional services through our direct booking system or via our email below.
Our hotel is not equipped to guest Pet, even if it is small size.

The bigger one is deep 120 cm,with a fixed height and the smaller one is circular and 60 cm deep. This area is reserved ONLY for our guests.
FARM
We are the ONLY farm hotel in the area.
For a more memorable experience, you can book a guided tour inside our farm area, to see our horses, cows and chickens.

Our breakfast is one of our best services. We try to serve breakfast made of natural ingredients, from our farm, every day, including fresh milk from our cows and fresh eggs from our hens.

Look carefully, from the entrance (1) you get to the Parking (2) where you will leave your car.
Follow the path and you’ll arrive at the Hotel (3), where Reception and Breakfast Rooms are located in. Economy, Classic and Superior rooms are on the first floor. Along the 150 mt avenue, the Playground (4) on the right.
In the backgroung you’ll discover our ancient Masseria (5),where Deluxe rooms and Suite are situated. In front of it, our two outdoor pools (7). On the left , there are the Apartments (6).
The most beautiful part, however, remains the agricultural area. The rose garden (8), the farmhouse of the Cows (9). Near it, you will find our Wind Turbine (10). Stables and pastures for our horses (11) and (12). At (13) our hen house.
